Customized Orders
All our products are custom-designed and manufactured as per the specifications provided by the customer. Once an order is confirmed and the production process has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
No Return / No Refund Conditions

Once the order is customized and production is initiated, no changes, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

After the product is ready or dispatched, we do not accept any returns or issue refunds for any reason other than proven manufacturing defects (see below).
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take utmost care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition, if you receive a product with clear manufacturing defects (not caused by transit or misuse), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and detailed information.
We will review the case and, if applicable, advise on the next steps. Please note that any damage caused during shipping must be reported to the courier service directly, as per our shipping policy.
